Now we have talked about Joy.
Now lets talk about the next fruit of the Spirit PEACE.
The Table (in no certain order at this point.)
The table actually leaves out peace because I messed it up. It is there. Read galatians 5.
Not changing the table because I am lazy. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You have the fruits of the spirit memorized yet? I sure don't. Should probably change that.
Peace
Let's get into it!
G1515 εἰρήνη eirene (ei-ree'-nee) n.
1. peace.
2. (by implication) prosperity. {literally or figuratively}
[probably from a primary verb eiro “to join”]
KJV: one, peace, quietness, rest, + set at one again
There are a total of 86 Verses relating to Peace in the NT. There are over ~400 in the whole bible though there are many different versions of peace used. The main one we will focus on is the one above G1515
Let's look at some of the verses that use this version of the word peace to get a better understanding.
Matt 10:13 And if the house is worthy, let your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you.
Matt 10:34 “Do not think that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.
Mark 5:34 And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.”
Luke 1:79 to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace.”
Luke 2:14 “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”
Luke 2:29 “Lord, now you are letting your servant depart in peace, according to your word;
Luke 7:50 And he said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
Romans 5:1 Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ
You are Healed: "now go in Peace"
Mark 5:21-34
21 And when Jesus had crossed again in the boat to the other side, a great crowd gathered about him, and he was beside the sea.
22 Then came one of the rulers of the synagogue, Jairus by name, and seeing him, he fell at his feet
23 and implored him earnestly, saying, “My little daughter is at the point of death. Come and lay your hands on her, so that she may be made well and live.”
24 And he went with him. And a great crowd followed him and thronged about him.
25 And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years,
26 and who had suffered much under many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was no better but rather grew worse.
27 She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment.
28 For she said, “If I touch even his garments, I will be made well.”
29 And immediately the flow of blood dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of her disease.
30 And Jesus, perceiving in himself that power had gone out from him, immediately turned about in the crowd and said, “Who touched my garments?”
31 And his disciples said to him, “You see the crowd pressing around you, and yet you say, ‘Who touched me?’”
32 And he looked around to see who had done it.
33 But the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came in fear and trembling and fell down before him and told him the whole truth.
34 And he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace, and be healed of your disease.”
Have you suffered with something and truly spent everything you had to be healed only to grow worse? Probably not.
Well, at least the SPEND EVERYTHING YOU HAD part. I know I haven't. I have had broken bones that cause me many issues for years only to live with the pain because "there is nothing that can be done". And it has not gotten worse, just better with PT and making sure I have good posture. So I just leave. Nothing to see here I am fine.
Aren't I so righteous and holy for carrying this burden?
Doesn't it make me look good in the eyes of man?
I carry my cross like a good Christian.
Oh to have the faith of this woman.
If ONLY to TOUCH his garments. I can be made well.
She probably doesn't think she can be healed normally because she is unclean and been sick for 12 years. To not trouble the master she will just touch his clothes. That will be enough. How can Yeshua sit with her to heal her. But she believes that if she just touches the garments she can be healed.
So she steps out in faith.
WHY NOT YOU or ME?
Why can I not believe and reach out. To call upon his name (since I can't touch his garments...).
If only I could call upon the Name of Yeshua I could be made well.
If only YOU could call upon the Name of Yeshua, YOU can be made well.
Then you can go in PEACE. In wholeness. In complete form as YAHWEH intended.

How do I get healed? How do I go in peace?
I leave that as an exercise for the reader. Lord knows I need to.
Replace the flesh with the ways of the spirit.
In the above list, where do you find completeness? Where do you let your wholeness be defined?
Where do you sit in pain, in defilement, in HOPELESSNESS?
What causes your soul to be at rest? Is it things of this world?
Where do you feel that things are okay even if they don't get healed?
Seriously, seriously! evaluate your heart.
Make yourself low and let Abba raise you up.
Only He and you can have this conversation and I promise you if you make yourself Low, he will lift you up. He will bind up the broken hearted. His word says so and he puts his word above his name.
Repent of the ways you find peace and completeness outside of Abba and his ways.
Truly Rend your heart and seek the Face of Yah.
Do you want to be free? Do you want to be healed?
Then let go of the old man. Let Abba prove himself to you again.
He has never left you before.
Ask him to clear away the lies of the enemy.
